The San Rafael Auction Gallery now offers a convenient absentee bid form you can fill out and submit through our website.
You Can Bid Live Online
All of our auctions occur in house and online. Our auctions can be viewed approximately 10 days prior to an auction through our online provider, Live Auctioneers. First time bidders will need to create a free Live Auctioneers account to bid with us online.
Absentee Bid Form
If you are unable to attend the auction, you may use the Absentee Bid Form provided by The San Rafael Auction Gallery or download it below.
Following your instructions, The San Rafael Auction Gallery will act on your behalf to try to purchase the lot(s) of your choice for the lowest price possible and never more than the top amount of your bid.
The San Rafael Auction Gallery will not be held responsible for errors, or the inadvertent failure to execute bids. Absentee bidding, a free service, handled in the strictest confidence, allows you to participate the day of the auction without being present.
