You Can Bid Live Online
All of our auctions occur in house and online. Our auctions can be viewed approximately 10 days prior to an auction through our online provider, Live Auctioneers. First time bidders will need to create a free Live Auctioneers account to bid with us online.

SUCCESSFUL ABSENTEE BIDDERS WILL BE CONTACTED BY THE MONDAY FOLLOWING THE AUCTION. SUCCESSFUL BIDDERS MUST PAY FOR, PICK UP, OR ARRANGE SHIPPING FOR THEIR ITEMS WITHIN THREE (3) DAYS OF NOTIFICATION. BIDDERS WITH RESALE NUMBERS MUST SUBMIT A VALID RESALE CERTIFICATE.

I understand that with each successful bid I will pay the San Rafael Auction Gallery, Inc. 1) the Hammer Price; 2) 18% Buyer's Premium and 3) Local Sales Tax (8.5%), (on the Hammer Price and Buyer's Premium), unless I provide the San Rafael Auction Gallery, Inc. with a current Resale Certificate. I also understand that Absentee Bidding is a binding contract and all sales pursuant to this agreement are final.
